School of Rock the musical puts tickets on sale for Dartford dates in October 2021

Get ready to stick it to the man - when a popular West End musical rocks into a Kent town.

Tickets are now on sale for Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit show School of Rock which is scheduled to come to the Orchard Theatre at the end of this year as part of its UK tour.

School of Rock is the global hit musical based on the iconic movie starring Jack Black.

It follows wannabe rock star Dewey Finn, who after being cast out by his bandmates leaving himself in desperate need of cash, he poses as a substitute music teacher at an elite prep school.

After exposing the pupil to all the rock gods he idolises he eventually drifts from the school's strict curriculum to turn them into a young mind blowing rock band who secretly sign up to compete in a tough battle of the bands competition.

The show, which is scheduled to come to the Dartford venue for a week at the beginning of October will feature 14 new songs from Andrew Lloyd Webber, all the original songs from the movie, and a cast of incredibly talented youngsters which will play every one of the eight shows.

The age recommendation for School of Rock is five and over as it contains occasional strong language that may not be suitable for very young children.
