Howletts Wild Animal Park near Canterbury offers £1 child ticket price
A wild animal park is is offering a £1 child's entry price for the next month.
Howletts in Bekesbourne near Canterbury is running the special deal until Friday, May 25.
It enables one child, aged up to and including 15, to visit the park for £1 when accompanied by one full paying adult.
Children under three can go to the attraction for free.
The offer only applies to day entry tickets and is not available with any other offer - such as Tesco vouchers - and doesn't apply to annual park memberships or family tickets.
It is however available to use with concession tickets and the offer does apply at weekends as well.
As an added bonus visitors will also be able to catch sight of the latest Howletts exhibit - Animals of the Ice Age.
Real-life size prehistoric creatures have been set in the woodland walk including sabre-toothed cats, mammoths and even a giant sloth!
The permanent outdoor exhibition, which opened at Easter, is included in the day visit ticket price.
Families wishing to make use of the £1 offer need to download a voucher before visiting the park. That is available by clicking here and having the voucher emailed to them.
Visitors need to then bring the email and voucher - either as an email on a mobile device or as a printed copy to the gatehouse where they can purchase their tickets for the day.
Alternatively families not wanting to or eligible for the £1 offer can receive a 20% discount on their ticket prices, if they book online in advance.
