Dreamland in Margate offering discounted tickets to emergency services, NHS staff and Armed Forces for Lifesavers Weekend
Local 'life savers' are being offered discounted tickets to a top Kent attraction this weekend.
Dreamland in Margate is inviting members of the emergency services to come to the coastal theme park for less - and bring their friends and families too!
The special invitation to Lifesavers Weekend, happening this Saturday and Sunday (September 14 and 15), also includes NHS staff members and those in the British Armed Forces.
The event takes place between 11am and 5pm on each day.
Members of the South East Coast Ambulance Service, Kent Fire and Rescue, Kent Police and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (including the RNLI) – along with NHS staff and Armed Forces personnel can visit on either Saturday, September 14 or Sunday, September 15.
Special unlimited ride wristbands will cost just £10 for adults, instead of the usual £14.25, whilst accompanied children under 1.25m are £5 compared to the usual £11.25 fee.
As well as employees being able to treat themselves and their family and friends to a day out for less - Dreamland says it will also be organising special food and drinks offers over the weekend too to help visitors save even more money whilst at the park.
The park is holding the event to say 'a huge thank you' to staff working within the emergency services and hospitals in Kent.
Local life savers, says Dreamland, can buy up to 10 wristbands for themselves and their guests at the special price and will need to show a valid staff ID when purchasing on the day.
