1 Seaside Summer Trail, Upnor Castle, Rochester
Saturday, July 21 from 10am to 6pm
Take part in the heritage seaside trail around Upnor Castle, and you could even win a small prize.
Situated on the banks of the River Medway, the stunning fortress was originally built on the orders of Queen Elizabeth I in 1559.
It was used as a gun fort to defend important warships - including those at Chatham Dockyard.

2 Wildlife Activity Day, Haysden Country Park, Tonbridge
Sunday, July 22 from 10am to 3pm
Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council has teamed up with environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy to celebrate Love Parks week.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Haysden Country Park, which falls during the celebrations, a number of exciting activities will be taking place.
Families can enjoy pond dipping, face painting, arts and crafts, an orienteering trail, flower painting and historical walks.

3 Park Life Music Festival, Kings Hill Sports Park, West Malling
Saturday, July 21 from 1pm to 11pm
Visit the Park Life Music Festival for brilliant bands in a beautiful countryside setting.
Organisers promise a festival feel, without the camping, and acts include Adam Barron from BBC's The Voice.
There will be a hog roast and traditional barbecue plus Pimms, prosecco and ice cream for the kids.

4 Vintage Tea and Fair, Westgate Gardens Toddlers Cove, Canterbury
Saturday, July 21 from 12pm to 4pm
Pilgrims Hospice Vintage Tea and Fair is set to provide fun for the whole family.
Enjoy tea, cake and some retail therapy alongside jazz music, a magician and children's storyteller.
There will also be vintage bus rides at the event, which will be used to raise money for people with incurable illnesses across east Kent.

5 Day Out With Thomas, Kent and East Sussex Railway, Tenterden
Saturday, July 21 and Sunday July 22 from 10am to 4pm
Thomas the Tank Engine is steaming back to Tenterden for this fun family day out.
Special trains will be travelling to Rolvenden and back throughout the day, and passengers can hop-on and off as many times as they like.
Entertainment includes face-painting, bouncy castles, soft play, storytelling and the chance to meet the Fat Controller in person.

6 Summer Picnic, Dunorlan Park, Tunbridge Wells
Sunday, July 22 from 1pm to 4pm
The Friends of Dunorlan Park will be holding a fun summer picnic to give visitors a better idea of what the group does.
It will be held at the Pembury Road end of the park.
Wine and soft drinks will be supplied, but guests need to bring their own picnic.

7 A Right Royal Riot Trail, Rochester Castle, Rochester

Discover loads of fun facts about the royals at this trail at one of Medway's finest heritage sites.
