Monopoly Mania, Margate

Monopoly mania is spreading across Dreamland Margate on Saturday. To celebrate the launch of the special edition Margate Monopoly – a brand new version of the board game featuring famous Margate landmarks - Dreamland is organising a whole day of Monopoly-related mischief. Alongside Dreamland's regular activities, visitors will be able to race around a giant Monopoly board, be in with a chance to win spot prizes of £200, take part in flip the board contests and a scavenger hunt around the park. Summer fair, Barming

St Andew's Church in Barming Heath is hosting its summer fair on Saturday from 1pm until 4pm.
There will be live music and dance displays, bric-a-brac, toys, books and plant stalls, refreshments and cakes,
Downswood Summer Fete, Maidstone
Saturday, June 1
Head over to Downswood Community Centre from 1pm for a great afternoon for all the family.
There will be stalls and attractions. games, a bouncy castle, live music, children's races and a children's entertaner, a tug of war competition, arena attractions, barbecue, licensed bar and face painting.
Horrible Histories, Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury

Fans of the children's television series will be delighted to see some of their favourite characters be brought back to life on stage! Horrible Histories is at The Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury until Sunday, June 2. The Food Fest, Lullingstone Castle

The Food Fest at Lullingstone Castle is promising fun for all the family this weekend. The event is promising visitors to enjoy the tastes of the county this weekend with award winning fine wines, beers and ciders, vintage food trucks, and food and produce from local farmers. But alonside the incredible line up of food, drink and live music will be Little Dudes Corner. The family attracction will include some interactive cooking, a vintage steam funfair, street art, face painting, a festival disco dome and arts and crafts - all to keep the festival's youngest visitors entertained.
