Halloween at Port Lympne Hythe

Until Sunday, October 30

Visit the reserve, near Hythe, this half term for some Halloween fun. Every day there will be free activities and talks, and on Sunday, October 30 kids can come in fancy dress with prizes for the best costume. There's also a supernatural experience in the forest, featuring over 100 life size pre-historic creatures.

Halloween Disco Jungle Jim's, Quex Park, Birchington

Saturday, October 29 and Monday, October 31

Head to the massive indoor play area for a fancy dress Halloween disco. Everyone can join in with the ghoulish games, dancing and trick or treating. Ticket prices cost £10 but include includes food plus all the indoor attractions. There's optional fancy dress for adults.

Halloween Fun Throwley, near Faversham

Sunday, October 30

Take the whole family along to the Belmont House at Throwley, near Faversham, for plenty of tricks and treats. There'll be a spooky trail around the marvelous garden, pumpkin carving and craft making. Tickets are £5 per child and £1 per adult. The event starts at noon.

Halloween Magic Lullingstone Castle

Sunday, October 30

Visit Lullingstone Castle, near Swanley, for a perfect family day out. In the amazing gardens there's plenty of pumpkins plus plants of every shape and size to be discovered. If you're feeling a cold why not take a tour of the house and hear about the resident ghost? Children can also enjoy pumpkin carving between 3pm and 5pm. Fancy dress is welcome.

Halloween Family Fireworks Tonbridge

Friday, October 28

The first of the county's big firework displays of 2016 takes place at Longmead Stadium, Darenth Avenue. As well as the fireworks there's a funfair, stalls, live music, bar plus a children's fancy dress competition. Tickets can be bought at the gate, however they're cheaper if booked in advance. Doors open at 6pm and the fireworks begin at 8pm.

Kids of all ages will love to learn how to carve a pumpkin in the run up to Halloween. This Friday, the Wyevale Garden Centres at Ramsgate, Chartham ands Elm Court, Gillingham will be running 20 minutes sessions between 10am and noon costing just £2.50 per child. Book early before tickets sell out.
