They could go Kayaking, Canoeing, learn to sail, all depending on the instructors available that day. They could learn to build a raft. Let your kids get worn out for a couple of hours, and enjoy some time to yourself, get some shopping done, just relax away from the kids, whatever you want and know that your kids are in capable hands.
