Smurfs Lost Village Bluewater

To promote the new 3D film Smurfs: The Lost Village, Bluewater will be hosting a themed interactive stand. Kids can meet their favourite characters for a photo and grab a free print and digital copy. There are also games to take part in such as the SmurfGrabber Claw and a catching contest.

Suitable for children between three and eight, this play will take the family on an adventure to help Augustus the Tiger find his smile. The show is presented by Face Up Theatre - it's a stage adaptation of the popular children's book by Catherine Rayner.

Morgan & West's Utterly Spiffing Spectacular Magic Show Theatre Royal, Margate
Saturday, March 18 at 2pm
Time-travelling magicians Morgan and West put on a show mixing illusions with good old-fashion tom-foolery. Tickets are priced at £7 each and the show lasts for an hour without an interval. The show is also at the Quarterhouse in Folkestone the following day.

British Science Week at Leeds Castle

Head to Leeds this weekend and pick up a trail guide on arrival as part of Leed's Castle support of British Science Week. The Science Challenge book is full of questions kids can answer as you go around the castle and grounds.

If your kids love Horrible Histories why not spend a few hours at Dover Museum? It covers all the way from prehistoric history to 20th century and gives you a chance to find out more about the local area. The museum also holds a Bronze Age Boat which is the world's oldest known sea-going vessel.
