Tickets to one of Kent's Christmas season highlights this year are selling faster than previous years.

With many events across the county called off due to the pandemic, Bedgebury 's family-friendly Christmas light trail is proving more popular than ever.

Christmas at Bedgebury features an illuminated trail

Back for a third year on selected dates from Friday, November 20 to New Year's Eve, the event with its one-mile festive lights trail through the pinetum sold out last year.

This year there will also be a light maze, the Electric Forest and neon strings, alongside features which have already been a hit with visitors, including the Tunnel of Light containing thousands of pea-lights.

Inspired by the landscape itself, visitors can explore a winterland of trees from around the world, illuminated with lights in the heart of the High Weald AONB countryside, full of seasonal surprises and shimmering reflections.

Visitors can isten out for singing trees in the night's sky and pause at the fire garden, with its flickering flames.

There's also a chance to see Father Christmas among the trees along the way.

Christmas at Bedgebury is staged by promoter Raymond Gubbay Limited, a division of Sony Music, in partnership with Forestry England at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest and created by Culture Creative.
