Morrisons' 200-day quality guarantee on its new school uniform

by My Kent Family reporter

Already started the school uniform shop?

As supermarkets and department stores compete for parents' custom, Morrisons says its uniform has a 200-day quality guarantee.

The product promise is twice as long as Asda’s 100-day policy and up to six times longer than other retailers.

The confident retailer has issued the guarantee following a study that reveals four in five parents need to replace school uniforms within the same year of purchase whilst over two thirds of school uniforms are replaced within the first six months.

The biggest culprits for replacements are worn our patches and loss of shape (54%), rips and tears during play time (50%) and stains from pen and ink (40%).
