Deadline for getting letters to Santa with Royal Mail and getting a reply
'Dear Santa...'
It's the special letter hundreds of children are preparing to send as they cross their fingers that their name is on the nice list.
But postmen at the Royal Mail have issued an urgent call to parents to help make sure letters to Father Christmas are posted to the North Pole on time.
Royal Mail is once again lending a helping hand to one of its most special customers - Santa Claus - by sending letters to him and to his elves from children all across the UK.
But St Nick's official postmen have said they can only help young children's wishes come true if the letters and cards from hopeful youngsters are ready to deliver on time.
Families are being asked to write and post their letters to Father Christmas by no later than December 7.
You must remember to put a stamp on your letter and children must also not forget to include their full name and address so that Father Christmas can do his very best to reply too!
The official address to use for letters to Santa is:
Father Christmas
Santa's Grotto
Reindeerland
